It's ok I guess
Hotel is close to Dotonbori in Osaka and close to subway. Room are clean well maintined. Breakfast is different but nice.
Rooms are small and bathroom is very cramped. Being a tall forigner, the toilet is horribly close to the wall.

Breakfast was good. You have to keep time.

Good
This was the biggest room out of all of our hotels while in Japan, it was very quiet even when located in a very busy neighborhood.
Beware that this neighborhood is full of bars and nightclubs, so you can expect to deal with a lot of drunks at night or early morning. The room was also cleaned every 3rd night and the linens were not changed, which was OK just not ideal.
